How it works › Users and accounts

Practice is free and unlimited, for every user, forever — any exercise, as often as you like. What is counted are the exercises that count: the ones that move the village and the charts along. Three of those a day are free, and tomorrow three again. For a child's first two weeks, counted from their first exercise that counts, there is no limit: everything counts, and there is a weekly report too.
A Seat lifts that limit for one user: unlimited counting exercises, every day. A Seat costs €4 a month. You pay on the 1st of the month, the whole month in advance; on the day you buy you pay nothing, and the days until the next 1st are free. Extra Seats count right away and go on the next invoice; Seats you hand back run until the paid month ends and lapse then. The calendar under the number shows exactly when you pay for what. You buy Seats on the Seats page, through your account page; a card is redeemed there too.

A card gives two Seats for a month. On the Seats page, through your account page, tap ‘I have a card’ and tap the five pictures in the order printed on the card. If you have no Seats yet, those are your first two; buy some during that month and they carry on where the card stops, with the first invoice on the 1st after it. If you already pay, the two come on top for a month. Each family can use one card — then pass it on: the next day it works again, for another family.
Who holds a Seat is up to you. Every user under Manage Users has a button to give a Seat or take it back; when every Seat is taken, the app asks who gives theirs up. A Seat you take back can sometimes only be given to somebody else at midnight — the app says so when it applies.
